We want you to love your Andalou Naturals products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. All returns must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
